At Shathar Mawi, all jewelry pieces are custom-made and produced exclusively upon order. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies without exception:
Final Sale
- All purchases are final.
- We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once payment is completed.
No Returns / No Exchanges
- Change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, or delivery delays do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- Each piece is made specifically for the customer; returned items cannot be restocked or resold.
Payment Confirmation
- Uploading a payment receipt is mandatory to confirm and process the order.
- Submission of the payment receipt constitutes explicit and final acceptance of this policy.
- The payment receipt serves as conclusive proof of voluntary payment and agreement to all stated terms.
Manufacturing Defects (Limited Review)
- Any claim related to a manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Claims must include clear images/videos and order details.
- Each claim will be reviewed individually. Approval does not guarantee a refund, return, or exchange.
Binding Agreement
- By completing the purchase, the customer confirms full understanding and acceptance of this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
- This policy forms an integral and legally binding part of the sales agreement.
